Federal Innovators Alliance, a joint venture between Guident, Quality Software Services, Inc. (QSSI), and Collins Consulting, Inc., is a recipient of an Alliant Small Business contract from GSA.


Under the Alliant Small Business contract, a small business set-aside Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle, Federal Innovators Alliance will provide federal government agencies with long term, integrated Information Technology (IT) solutions on a global basis.
